_Android Emulator: BlueStacks Among CNET's Best of CES 2012 Awardees
_BlueStacks' Android Emulator was awarded Best of CES 2012 under the category of Software and Apps. The CES Design and Engineering awards have been given out since 1976 to companies that have created groundbreaking products in one of several different fields. The honorees are displayed in glass cases at the International CES in Las Vegas each year. Aside from the different categories, the CNET audience also get to vote for the People' Choice Award, which went to Razer Project Fiona, a concept gaming tablet that can potentially propel Windows 8 into portable gaming. As for BlueStacks' Android Emulator, it can potentially bring the entire Android marketplace to Windows 8.

BlueStacks App Player for Windows PC is a new product that lets people use Android Apps full screen in Windows, and has been selected as a 2012 CES honoree by a panel of independent design and engineering experts. The product was developed by ten engineers over the course of two years. BlueStacks also recently released a mobile app in the Android Market called Cloud Connect that allows Android users to push the apps on their phone or tablet onto their PC.
BlueStacks App Player is currently in public alpha and a Pro version is expected in early 2012. The Pro version will include access to premium apps like Fruit Ninja and Cut the Rope, which will be making their first appearances full-screen on PC. The company is based in Silicon Valley with offices in Japan, India and Taiwan.
